Introducing Mahila Shakti Bikash Kendra Nepal (MSBKN), a dynamic organization established in 2008 (2064 B.S.) with a mission to uplift the economic and social standing of women in Nepali society. At MSBKN, we are dedicated to promoting women's leadership within social, economic, and political structures, striving for equality and empowerment. With over 15 years of impactful work, we have been actively building women's capacity, advocating for equal representation, and empowering rural women to claim their socio-political rights.

Supported by the McConnell Foundation (TMF) from California, USA, MSBKN has successfully addressed the pressing issues faced by rural women. Operating in 12 districts across five provinces of Nepal, we work in close collaboration with TMF and welcome grants from diverse donor agencies, including government, non-governmental, public, and private institutions. Our growth partner, the Ama Chhori Foundation, has played a pivotal role in supporting rural women with livelihood opportunities and essential infrastructure projects, such as constructing community halls in remote areas.

With a vast network of over 20,000 women affiliated with our voluntary groups, MSBKN has swiftly emerged as a prominent national-level NGO, with a particular focus on women's rights and empowerment in remote regions. Our aim is to further expand our reach and impact by forging strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations and international development partners who share our vision and goals. Together, we can create a brighter future for women across Nepal.
